The cereal was pretty tasty, and stayed crispy in milk; if you're trying to eat more fiber, as you probably are if you're my age, lol, it's well worth a try. The pedometer is a pretty cool geek toy, and the iPod/smartphone holder... is ORANGE, so I gave it to my husband and he's happy with it. One of YOU can win a prize pack just like mine; whoever sends me the best story about how they're trying to get in better shape by exercising and eating better will win it!! :-)
