Old El Paso Frozen entrees for two

We're longtime fans of Old El Paso in the Omni household, and the frozen entrées make it incredibly fast and easy to have a tasty Mexican meal. My absolute favorites are the shredded beef enchiladas, and here is a picture of how I ate them last night, with some grated pepper jack cheese on top:
