I tried it... and wasn't too happy with the taste, but it wasn't too bad. It did give me energy, although not 5 hours' worth, and I did get a little jumpy. Still, if you need something like this, it's as good as any of the other brands and you don't have to drink so much liquid, so it's worth a shot.. pun intended, LOL!!
