Soft Scrub 4-in-1 Toilet Care
The fine folks from Purex and Soft Scrub sent me Soft Scrub 4-in-1 Toilet Care to try for FREE. Here's what their website says:
"Soft Scrub® 4-in-1 Toilet Care is the only rim hanger that: Cleans Prevents Future Buildup Fights Toilet Ring Freshens up to 4 Weeks Just apply to the rim of your toilet and enjoy the cleaning and freshening benefits for up to four weeks!" http://www.softscrub.com/products/soft-scrub-4-1-toilet-care-alpine-fresh It's kind of a cool-looking design, and clever to have "cleaning balls"spread out in the holder so the water will dispense cleaner over a wider area. As with any toilet-cleaning system where the cleaner is solid, since the balls get smaller over time, the amount of cleaner released goes down with every flush; it still does an ok job near the end, but just be aware that you'll have to clean a little more often at that point. Other than that, this is a very good product that noticeably cleans the toilet and has a decent scent (some toilet products go crazy with the fragrance for what I assume is the obvious reason). If you're not using a product like this, you're cleaning the john more than you have to... and why would you want to do THAT?
